This lovely Kottage offers a modern and spacious eat-in kitchen and an equally spacious living room. Comfortable furnishings include a sectional sofa, electric fireplace console, 48" television and many more comforts. This space offers 1 bedroom that includes a luscious, Restoration Hardware style queen bed along with an XL twin daybed, great for lounging or for additional sleeping. A roll-out twin bed is available upon request.
Also included in this Kottage is a charming bathroom with an original and newly restored claw foot bathtub & shower combo and stocked with many "just in case" toiletries for guest comfort
Unique to this location is a private, covered porch. This Kottage is the only one that has it's own private outdoor space right outside of its own dedicated entrance which includes comfy furnishings, soft lighting and a ceiling fan.
Note: Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra measures and making alterations to make each space as safe as possible for our guests. Here are few concessions to date:
COVID~Friendly~ this unit is located within a four unit apartment building whereby each unit has its own private entrance off of the outside of the building. This means guests will not encounter each other. Parking is in a shared lot behind the house.
We are also temporarily suspending food offerings with the exception of Condiments, Coffee, Teas, Single Serving Coffee Creamer, Sweeteners, Pancake and Waffle Mix, Oatmeal Packets and Pantry Staples for cooking. No Mini-Bar.
We are using disinfectant cleaning products as well and wiping down frequently touched items such as door handles and knobs, light switches, key pads, remotes, etc. and using bleach in laundering.
In the interest of being "extended stay" friendly / ready, we are making minor adjustments that include pairing down on toiletries and paper products in each unit. There will be only enough to accommodate each short stay.
Also, depending on how COVID-19 plays out, we may propose to move an existing reservation to accommodate the needs of our extended stay guests. If this happens (and we have a very large inventory to choose from), we will reach out to those guests to propose a move that is a good fit for their group/occasion.

Safe, well lit and free parking is available in a parking lot on the property.
Two-night minimum stay applies to reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a one-night stay is granted, there will be a $50 fee applied to the reservation. Please call for assistance.
Check-in is 3 pm (self check-in w/ instructions)
Check-out is 11am
Flexibility within these times is an option with a fee of $40 outside of the check-in and check-out times. Guests are required to have prior authorization, but in the event that this doesn't occur, the fee will be applied regardless.
